My Dad

Created by David 2 years ago

I never thought Dad had taught me much, not until he was gone and I started to think about it. From removing engines from cars, digging footings, diving and swimming, how the whittle without cutting your fingers off and even how to march properly (scouts not Army). His handwriting was fabulous, even on the day before he died and, before his hands got crippled, up could pull a decent tune out of almost any instrument.

I would have liked him to teach me more humility but I have too much bull at the gate in me!

He was held in the highest regard by everyone he met and will be hugely missed.
